Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalty.
What happens if I exceed my invoice limit on Free?
New invoices beyond 10 active ones can't be added until you either close some out or upgrade. Existing invoices continue to be chased.
Do I own my data?
Yes, and you can export everything at any time via Settings → Export.
How does the annual discount work?
20% off the monthly rate, billed in one lump sum at sign-up and each year after.
What counts as an "integration"?
Free includes Gmail email, Stripe payment processing, and QuickBooks sync. Solo adds Outlook and Xero. Studio adds PayPal and team features. There is no limit on the number of connected integrations within your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan continues through the current billing period, then stops. No cancellation fee.
